Meet Sheree Zielke
Instructor, Sheree Zielke, is a veteran in the special events industry. She owns Sir Unicorn Special Events, Inc. (one of Alberta's longest running corporate event agencies), she designed and created Teddy's Mystery Dinner Club, and she has instructed in many areas of crafting, balloon animal twisting, jewelry design, photography, and digital cameras.
She is an award-winning designer of balloon creations, party centerpieces, gift baskets (she owned and operated one of Canada's most successful gift basket companies, "Applegate's Gift Baskets"). She has also won several photography competitions; one of her images recently took the top prize in the Royale Canada Collection (BC/Alberta division) design competition.
Sheree Zielke is a public speaker and party host. She is well-traveled and kept up a travel blog for many years. Sheree Zielke has been the arts adjudicator and photography instructor for the Yellowhead Arts Festival for two years running, and she has been an edutainment speaker with the Celebrity cruise ship line. She is currently one of the featured instructors at the Edmonton Arts College where she teaches digital cameras and jewelry design.
Sheree Zielke is also a novelist with two published dystopian books set in Alberta, Canada: Martha's Vine and its sequel, Martha's Mirror.
